SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE (SF 30)

The following have been added by full text:

RFI'S AMENDMENT 3

QUESTION 12: The answer to Question 6, leads me to believe that the present piping configuration goes from the Well House to the tank and then from the tank back to the Well House and from there to the user stations. Is this correct?

ANSWER: Yes.

QUESTION 13: The answer to Question 9, starts out by saying "As covered in the Site Visit..."The Site Visit was not mandatory in order to bid on this project. Thus, if I had not asked this question then those not attending the Site Visit would have been unaware of the fact that this requirement set out in the Solicitation had been varied by the discussion at the Site Visit. This raises the new question, to which I would appreciate a response, what other requirements stated in the Solicitation were varied during any conversation or discussion at the Site Visit? Was there any handout that states that the tank can be of a capacity of anywhere from 20,000 GL to 32,000 GL?

ANSWER: A contractor who was present at the site visit asked if the tank capacity could be less than or greater than the size indicated in the solicitation. It should have been noted in the solicitation that the tanks could range from 20,000 GLS to 32,000 GLS. This was the only requirement that was considered at the site visit.
