1. Q: This appears to clean water, do we need to use new pumps or pumps never used for sanitary applications?
A: They are pumping lake water. Their pumps should be clean of any contaminants. The discharge is into waters of the US and they must comply with the specifications regarding environmental compliance.
2. Q: Do our workers need to take any kind of training/classes in order to work on this project?
A: Yes they need take training or be certified to comply with the specifications and pass pre‐ screen candidates using E‐Verify Program.
3. Q: Will there be an access ramp for our pump to be moved within the bounds of the stilling basin to finish the initial phase of dewatering?
A: Contractor must provide means of access.
