RFI 0001
Below is a request for information.
1) The electrical power in the building needs to be verified, both voltage and amperage available to the machine.
A) Voltage – 3 phase 480 volts Amperage – 83 Amps
2) Door openings need to be checked to insure the machine can be moved in.
A) Doors openings have be checked and are adequate to fit a Stingray 3032 Wheel Washer in. If equal item has the same dimensions as Stingray, there will be no issue fitting machine in through the door openings
3) Sting Ray will not install the machine due to licensing requirements. Do you have a maintenance group or an approved contractor that you work with in the local area? They will provide what's called Startup & Commissioning where they will come in and verify that the machine is hooked up properly and provide some training.
A) If vendor will be subcontracting out installation, a list of contractors in our local area is provided below. Quote must provide installation of machine. These contractors listed below are not required to complete installation, but have done projects on our installation before. Vendors are not required to subcontract out for installation, but must provide installation in quote.
4) The machine requires water to be hooked up. If water is not hooked up it will shutoff when low.
A) If machine quoted requires a water line to be hooked up, vendor must provide installation of water line from a certified plumber. This must be included in the quote.
