(f) Interested offerors shall submit photocopies of the green card work permits of all Contractor employees who are foreign born and have non-citizen status. These photocopies shall be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled site visit. This allows the USACE Security Office sufficient time to run a security check on these affected personnel. The Contractor personnel who fit the above description of non-citizenship shall not be permitted access to the Project until they pass this security check in addition to the other normal requirements.
The security check for Contractor personnel who fit the above description of non-citizenship may necessitate a much longer duration, such as 30 days, or even up to 90 days. This will NOT warrant an extension to the proposal due date or to the site visit date. The Contractor is expected to provide appropriate representation at the site visit.
