STATEMENT OF WORK
Repair Engine Shop Floor
JKSE 192404
March 27, 2019
GENERAL:
This statement of work defines the services to be performed in the fulfillment of this contract.
The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to complete the work described below. Changes and/or modifications must have prior approval from the
Contracting Officer. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring proper documentation is received for personnel and vehicle passes obtained in time to avoid any delay in project start of performance. Please ensure personnel documentation is Real ID Act compliant. This includes personal attainment of contractor badges and proper advance notification to an Air Force Civil
Engineer squadron representative for scheduling of escort support.
SECURITY: For Contractors that do not require CAC, but require access to a DoD Facility and/or
Installation. Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate
Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (AFI 31-101 and AFI
10-245), applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures (provided by government representative), or, at OCONUS locations, in accordance with status of forces agreements and other theater regulations.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION and SCOPE:
The Contractor proposal shall be submitted with quantities, unit prices, and mobilization costs included.
Contractor shall provide all the necessary work to completely prep and apply epoxy floor coating to the engine shop and wash bay rooms 141 and 142. The function of this end of the building is the Engine and Prop Repair Shop.
CLIN 0001: REPAIR ENGINE SHOP FLOOR
1. Finishes:
A. Prep floor for epoxy finish
B. Install epoxy floor coating with grit as approved by 120 CES.
CLIN 0002: CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING
Work will be accomplished with IAW standard specifications and drawings included in this project package.
The following outline of the principle features of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials to do a complete job within the intent and scope of the contract. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor, to complete the job as intended. All work must be in accordance with all applicable codes and standards. All OSHA standards must be adhered to.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 59 Days.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Normal Duty Hours; Mon – Fri 0700 – 1630 Hrs.
UTA: Sat – Sun 0600 – 1530 Hrs.
LOCATION: 120th AW, Great Falls, Montana.
