W911W6-19-R-0006 Attachment 1 - A-Team Mission Systems Development & Integration Question and Answer

Q1. For the deliverables (001 to 005) related to Collaboration Task paragraphs, is the expectation that there will be 1 item submitted between all MSI Leads or 1 from each MSI Lead participating in collaboration? If later, is there any impact to each MSI Lead proposing different submittal frequencies?

The expectation is that, since they are consensus products, there will be one item submitted collectively between all MSI leads for deliverables 001-005.

Q2. Deliverable 007, the notes indicate an expectation for the delivery of an ObjArch HA but there is no associated para (nor does there seem to be one in Spec). How does the gov’t want offerors to proceed?

The ObjArch is requested as a single deliverable, first as a draft and then as a final version.

The ObjArch should address the Functional, SW and HW requirements of the architecture.

Please refer to Task 3.2.1.4 of the 03 A-Team Mission Systems Technical Requirements document, which points out the desired aspects of the HW Architecture.

Q3. Para 3.2.5.1 asks for the delivery of several items, one being the delivery of observations. However,

3.2.5.1 is not listed against any deliverable that would cover delivery of these observations unless it is implied to be covered by the Final Report. Does the government prefer offerors add a deliverable to cover the 3.2.5.1 observations or include it as part of the Final Report?

Please refer to CDRL 013, Integration and Test Report, in Section 3.6 (the deliverables table) of the MSDI Description of Research Effort, which lists section 3.2.5.1.
