A: On page #1 of the bid documents, what does item #8 discount terms mean?

Discount terms are the conditions set by the Contractor if payments are made by Government within so many days of invoice submission. This will not affect your pricing. More times than not, we will receive this block back blank and we will add 30 days in the contract, which means that the Government has 30 days to pay the contractor once invoice is processed, if not, interest will occur.

Q: Are you expecting the first 11 pages of bid document returned to you?

A: Please return the first 11 pages filled in to better help us understand the quote submitted.
