Questions/Answers
1. Where are the 3-phase and air hook-up located, relative to the installation location of the machine, including the height off the ground?
Answer: There is an adjacent air line 8 ft above the floor that runs the length of that area. A 3 phase manual disconnect is located between the two columns and 5 ft from the floor.
2. Is there a manual disconnect for the 3-phase at its location?
Answer: Yes.
3. Are Canadian's allowed on-site?
Answer: Yes.
4. Is it difficult to get permission to work outside of RRAD business hours (6:30am to 5:00pm, Mon to Fri)? CSI would like to work 10hrs a day 7 days a week until completed.
Answer: RRAD business hours are based on workload and any other times will need higher management authorization. The particular organization that this equipment is going in is currently operating a second shift until 3 a.m. and occasional weekends, but that may change at the time of installation.
5. What are the specs on the wall (referring to the wall of the building where the venting for the dust collector must pass)? Thickness, material, etc.
Answer: Building walls are 8" thick cinder block.
6. Is training expected to be in-class, or is standard training at the machine sufficient?
