About this file
This is an amendment to a solicitation for the Ground Soldier Technology Workflow, Integration, and eXperience (GS-TWIX) program. The amendment provides clarification on several aspects of the solicitation requirements. The GS-TWIX program, issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, seeks proposals to develop and integrate technologies to improve soldier capabilities. Supporting documentation for cost proposals, such as travel quotes and equipment quotes, is excluded from the page limit for the Cost/Price Volume. Front matter like the cover page and table of contents also does not count against page limits. Subcontractor cost proposals are only required if the subcontractor's costs exceed 10% of the estimated contract value. Additionally, the Rights in Special Works clause has been removed as no specific software was identified as requiring government ownership.
