About this file

This document outlines the salient technical requirements for a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) solicitation by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground. The solicitation requires a four-port VNA with a maximum operating frequency of at least 40 gigahertz, minimum operation frequency of at least ten megahertz, and dynamic range of at least 95 decibels across the entire specified frequency range. Additional requirements include trace noise thresholds, temperature instability limits, output power ranges, power accuracy and linearity specifications, third harmonic and noise floor levels, and on-site support and training provisions. The VNA must integrate with existing Government-owned equipment and include intuitive software with future analysis options. A minimum two-year warranty is also required.
