About this file
This document outlines the technical requirements for a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) to be procured by the Army Research Laboratory through solicitation number W911QX23Q0155. The VNA must have four ports, operate between 10 MHz and 40 GHz with a dynamic range of at least 95 dB across the full frequency range. Additional requirements include trace noise levels, temperature stability, output power levels and linearity, third harmonic levels, and noise floor. The VNA must integrate with existing Lakeshore equipment and include two years of warranty, training, and on-site support.
