3. Contractor shall have a flexible time schedule during the length of the entire project. The NMWM is being constructed simultaneously and this project shall not hinder the construction project. The NEC POC shall coordinate the installation to ensure that neither contractor shall be effected. This project shall extend the duct route in the attached design shall be modified if the duct route crosses or interferes with any parking lots, sidewalks or other structures installed during the NMWM construction project.

4. PVC Duct Installation

1. Provide/Install two 4” PVC concrete encased ducts, SCH 40 from

MH3085 to two 4” ducts extending from the new NMWM facility. The NMWM project installed two 4” ducts from the communications room to appr. 300 feet from the facility.

NOTE 1: Each concrete encased duct needs to be at least 36” in depth to prevent possible damage or water erosion.

NOTE 2: The exact location of the new ducts from the facility could not be located during the 20MAY21 site survey. The NMWM contractor stated that the ducts where located near a recently placed duct making the location.

NOTE 3: The exact distance from the existing ducts to MH3085 could not be determined during the 20MAY21 site survey due to above

NOTE 2.

5. Trenching/Directional Boring for PVC Duct
