About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a point of use supply dispensing system. The amendment provides answers to questions from potential offerors to clarify requirements. The solicitation is seeking a firm fixed price contract for automated medication dispensing cabinets, software, installation, and related supplies and services for the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas. The amendment defines terms like "turnkey ready" and confirms quantities of cabinets required in different clinic areas. It also addresses requirements for background investigations, cybersecurity training, and acceptable use policies for contractor personnel.
