Basis for award- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to negotiate and award a contract to the lowest responsible offeror under the authority of FAR 15.002(b) along with shortest delivery schedule. Discussions: In accordance with FAR clause 52.212-1(g), the Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
