DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UPDATES
W56HZV11R0181
16 MAY 2011
Please see below for a listing of items that have changed since the last posting of the DRAFT Request For Proposal (RFP), on 08 April 2011.
The below list is not all inclusive, and there are other changes that have been incorporated into the RFP. The Government has listed the below merely to aid in your review. Prospective offerors shall remember that additional changes may occur at final RFP release, and the offeror is responsible to read and abide by the entire RFP.
- The quantity of personnel, performance locations have changed. The estimated quantity of personnel in Iraq has been significantly reduced (no personnel are currently required for Iraq during phase-in) but the quantity of personnel located CONUS has increased. Additionally, there are no longer any personnel required for Korea. Please remember the provided performance locations and skill mix are for evaluation purposes, and may be subject to adjustment prior to, or after award.
- The Government will no longer require offerors to ‘name’ all personnel proposed under this effort. Contractor personnel will only be requested to provide names for selected personnel who will also require letters of commitment. Section L and M language has been updated to accommodate this change. The personnel required to be named will be highlighted in attachment 10, 11, and 12 which will provided later this week (week of 16 May). Please be aware that the number of personnel requested to provide letters of commitment has been reduced (anticipated that the requirement will be for the following personnel:
All Senior Maintenance Supervisors (quantity: 11)
All Program Managers (9)
All BDAR Leads (7)
Maintenance Supervisors for MRAP (5)
- Revise the MRAP-U Waiver to state that all current incumbent personnel will not require MRAP-U certification. The MRAP-U waiver language has also been revised to specify what experience/certifications will be required to receive a waiver
- Contract metrics have been adjusted and clarified.
- Added Overtime premium calculation for RCV and SOCOM vehicle efforts.
