In that event, the contractor shall take immediate corrective action at no increase in the price, and shall: develop a failure analysis report and corrective action plan to address where the failure occurred. Evaluate the effect of the defect on previous lots and address accordingly. Screen any lots produced after the failure occurred and before corrective action was established to ensure the defect is not present. Verification for effectiveness of the corrective action shall be accomplished by DCMA. A copy of the failure analysis report and corrective action plan shall be forwarded to the contract officer for review and concurrence prior to implementation.
3.3.11.4. For each Kit delivery, the contractor will supply a Certificate of Conformance for that delivery along with a copy of the QPP paperwork which was previously approved.

3.3.12.1.4. Repair procedures shall be documented by the
contractor and submitted on a Request for Variance to the contracting officer for review and written approval prior to implementation. The submission shall also include a description of the cause for the non-conformances and a description of the action taken or to be taken to prevent recurrence.
3.3.12.1.5. The rework or repair procedure shall also contain a provision for re-inspection which will take precedence over the SOW requirements and shall, in addition, provide the government assurance that the reworked or repaired items have met reprocessing requirements.
