Certain areas in the CENTCOM AOR may charge tolls. These toll costs may be charged to the Contractor’s vehicle, not the driver. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for paying all tolls. The Contractor shall forward all documentation in regard to the tolls paid to the COR and the Contracting Officer. Upon verification of the tolls paid, the Contracting Officer will approve these charges for reimbursement under the cost reimbursable CLIN for damages incurred. The Contractor shall invoice for tolls reimbursement on a monthly basis. Overhead, G&A, and profit shall not be applied to the toll charges invoiced by the Contractor for reimbursement.
10.0 INVOICING AND PAYMENT:
The Contractor shall invoice at the end of each month. Rental fees shall accrue from the beginning of each task order, or from the date each vehicle is delivered to the Government, whichever is later, and shall continue until the expiration of the contract term or the termination of this contract. However, rental fees shall accrue only for the period that each vehicle is in the possession of the Government. For vehicles obtained after the 1st of each month, the Contractor will invoice for the actual days used by the Government for that month using a formula of 1/30th of the monthly rate for each day.
Rental fees shall not accrue for any vehicle that the Contracting Officer determines does not comply with the Conditions or Requirements of this contract, until the vehicle is replaced or the defects are corrected.
