AMENDMENT 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Replace the existing Scope of Work dated 15 April 2016 with the REVISED Scope of Work dated 17 May 2016. (Attached) Every effort has been made to reflect the revisions to the original Scope of Work in red font. However, offerors are responsible for the requirements of the 17 May 2016 Scope of Work revision in their entirety.

2. Extend the date for receipt of quotations to 02 June 2016 at 1:30pm CT.

3. Specify the requirement for electronic proposal submission, only, by email to Valerie McDonald, email:

valerie.s.mcdonald.civ@mail.mil AND Vicki Ahlgrim, email: vicki.l.ahlgrim.civ@mail.mil.

4. Answer questions resulting from the 11 May 2016 site visit.

Contractor Questions/Answers resulting from 11 May 2016 site visit.

1. Question: The SOW states “ The contractor shall follow the intervals as set forth below to achieve acceptable results:” Sub section (A) states “Administrative buildings: monitor at least weekly or as required based on customer complaints”. Sub setting (B) states “Warehouses, non-admin areas: monitor at least weekly”. With the above requirements we will need to be visiting and monitoring 69 buildings a day along with the 2 buildings required by sub section (E) to be monitored daily. This task is more than one service professional can accomplish in one day. We are happy to provide two professionals if necessary but we got a different impression during the site visit. We came away with the impression that the main concern was the monitoring of only the occupied administration buildings and warehouses. Which according to appendix B is 95 buildings which breaks down to 24 buildings a day if monitored weekly. Is this what you are looking for? Or are you looking for monthly or periodic monitoring of these buildings? What is the frequency you are looking for? The resources that would be required to satisfy the workload as outlined in the SOW will be vastly different than the resources required to fulfill the perceived requirements based on our site visit. With that in mind, could you please clarify the expectation for the frequency of monitoring of all buildings? We want to make sure we are meeting or exceeding your expectations along with pricing the bid correctly and allocating the proper resources to your project.

Answer: Please see the revised scope of work dated 17 May 2016 replacing the original scope in its entirety.
