Q: Could you please tell me if the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number W50S8Z21Q0038 will be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement?

If possible, can you please provide the most recent contract or task order number?

A: This is a new requirement and there is no incumbent.

Q: What is the anticipated date of award and contract execution?

A: As soon as possible, with the intent of performance beginning before 30 September 2021.

Q: Is this a single award or multiple award contract?

A: Single Award.

Q: Is there any budget allocated for this contract? If yes, can you please let us know the same?

A: The government does not intend to disclose this information at this time.

Q: As per the job, is the vendor expected to provide any materials onsite?

A: Please reference sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6 of the PWS.

Q: As per our understanding, will the person be working part-time?

A: Reference section 1.3.1 of the PWS for hours for which services must be accomplished. The number of contractor personnel on site is not dictated.

Q: Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, if the proposed candidates are not available at the time of award, will the agency allow us to provide replacement personnel with similar or more skill sets?

A: All candidates must meet the requirements of the solicitation and PWS.

Q: Can we use candidate’s references as our past performance?

A: No. The past performance evaluation is based on the offeror’s past contractual performance, not the individual candidates experience.
