Without Stanley Best Access System-Locks, the integrity of the security for our base would be compromised.
Efforts to Obtain Competition: A pre-solicitation notice is placed in beta.sam.gov in order to give contractors an early notification of this project. However, due to the proprietary nature of Stanley Best Access Systems-Locks, no effort to compete with these brand name requirements will be made.
Market Research: A sources sought notice was placed in beta.sam.gov and 1 contractor expressed interest in this project. All contractors will include the Stanley Best Access Systems-Locks in their bid.
Facts: The Stanley Best Access Systems-Locks MX-8 cores are the only lock cores compatible with every occupied facility at the 117th.
