About this file
This is a Questions & Answers document for Video Production RFP #20-0096 issued by Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD), a locally elected school board entity separate from the City of Detroit government. DPSCD seeks video production services for multiple projects throughout the year, including short social media vignettes (10-20 seconds), promotional videos (45 seconds to 3 minutes), and commercial brand videos (30-60 seconds). All video capture will occur on location within DPSCD schools and event locations within city limits, with occasional travel to Metro Detroit locations for field trips, performances, and competitions. Video content will focus on the district's strategic priorities regarding student success, teacher development and instruction, and community engagement and advocacy, aligned with the district's Blueprint 2020 strategic plan. The document provides six sample video references demonstrating the style and quality expected from the contractor.
The Q&A document does not specify contract pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or award dates. No information regarding response deadlines, due dates, site visits, or bidder's meetings is included in this particular file. Additional contract details and formal solicitation terms would be found in the complete RFP document.
