Vendor Question #1

I was inquiring on if you need any type of License or certification for the Grease trap contract? Also what system does the company have in place the disposal of the grease after the trap is cleaned? Thanks for your time I look forward to hearing from you!

Response:

There are multiple licenses/permits that may be needed to remove grease from a grease trap. The waste is removed from the tank and disposed of offsite. I would suggest they reach out to the Illinois Department of Public Health for the most accurate response.
