About this file

This is a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) issued by the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors for as-needed temporary personnel services. The County seeks qualified vendors to provide temporary and supplemental administrative, accounting, secretarial, clerical, marketing, and information technology personnel to support Department operations. Individual assignments are capped at 720 cumulative hours per Work Order. Prospective vendors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience providing temporary personnel services and capability to supply personnel across all requested functional areas. The initial submission deadline for Statements of Qualifications is 5:00 p.m. on October 27, 2022; however, the County will accept SOQs on a continuous basis throughout the Master Agreement term. Additional minimum qualifications may be required at the County's discretion. Further details and the complete RFSQ are available through the County's procurement portal at https://doingbusiness.lacounty.gov/ and the Department of Beaches and Harbors website.

The County reserves the right to cancel the RFSQ and to modify any terms and conditions, including minimum requirements. This is a Master Agreement procurement structure, allowing the County flexibility in selecting vendors and issuing Work Orders as temporary staffing needs arise. Interested parties should contact Angelica Vicente at AVicente@bh.lacounty.gov for additional information regarding the solicitation process and requirements.
