Contract Award Summary

This document is a Final State Supplied Price Sheet for contract T2760 25DPP01191, dated August 1, 2025. The contract involves the State of Texas and appears to be associated with a cooperative purchasing arrangement or consortium procurement process. The contracting parties and specific agencies involved are referenced through the contract number designation, which suggests participation by multiple state entities and potentially local jurisdictions within Texas's procurement framework.

The price sheet establishes pricing for goods or services to be supplied under this state contract award. The document format indicates it serves as the official pricing schedule that governs costs, terms, and conditions for the contract period. While the specific commodity codes, line items, unit prices, and delivery schedules are contained within the spreadsheet, this sheet represents the binding financial terms agreed upon by the state and the awarded contractor. Any modifications to pricing, quantities, or service levels would be governed by the terms outlined in the master contract document, with this price sheet serving as the definitive reference for all pricing-related transactions and invoicing throughout the contract's term.
