Bid Solicitation Summary
This document is Bid Amendment #4 to Bid Solicitation #25DPP01092 issued by the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau. The amendment was issued on August 7, 2025, and contains answers to electronic questions submitted during the second Question and Answer period for the procurement. The current quote submission due date is August 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The solicitation concerns Radio Communication Equipment and Accessories (T0109). The amendment addresses seven questions (numbered 55-61) that bidders submitted regarding various contract requirements, primarily focused on information security, privacy, data protection, and vulnerability management terms in Sections 3.13.12, 5.7, 6.7, and 6.26 of the bid solicitation. The State consistently declined all six proposed modifications to contract language, citing the requirement that terms and conditions on publicly bid procurements must remain consistent for all potential bidders and cannot be modified based on individual vendor requests. One question regarding dealer list updates was deemed ineligible for answer as it was unrelated to first-round Q&A revisions. All other instructions, terms, and conditions of the original bid solicitation remain unchanged.
