About this file
This document is a Supplier Portal Instructions guide provided by the State University of New York (SUNY) to facilitate supplier registration and bid participation through the Jaggaer eProcurement System. The guide outlines the step-by-step process for suppliers to create accounts, log into the SUNY Customer Portal, and access bid opportunities available for SUNY Campuses, including SUNY Systems Administration, Stony Brook University, and University at Buffalo. The related contract opportunity involves replacing the North and West main lobby entrance vestibules at SUNY Stony Brook with ADA-compliant facilities. The project aims to create accessible, code-compliant entryways that accommodate high foot traffic while integrating with existing glazed curtain wall facades and incorporating modern aesthetic elements including new signage and lighting. A mandatory site visit for prospective bidders is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Stony Brook University, Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive. All work must be completed within 540 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Bid documents are accessed through the Jaggaer Supplier Portal registration system at https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin, and suppliers must register their company to participate, even if they have existing Jaggaer Supplier Network accounts.
The registration process requires suppliers to provide legal company name, DUNS number, contact information, and create a secure password. Suppliers will receive email confirmation of their registration request and must complete email validation and authentication steps before gaining access to bid opportunities. Technical support is available through Jaggaer Customer Support at 1-800-233-1121. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding details are specified in the portal instructions document; however, the related contract opportunity indicates bidders should submit proposals for labor, material, equipment, and services delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook BID# 26/27-003MC and PRC#2026018648.
