About this file

This is a Supplier Portal Instructions guide for the State University of New York (SUNY) designed to assist suppliers in accessing and participating in bid opportunities through the Jaggaer eProcurement System. The guide provides step-by-step instructions for suppliers to create accounts and log into the SUNY Customer Portal to view available bidding opportunities. The related contract opportunity involves SUNY at Stony Brook's solicitation for renovation services including selective demolition of existing squash courts and interior fit-out work to create the Rehabilitation Research And Movement Performance Laboratory (RRAMP). The scope includes laboratory space, examination rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, multi-purpose classrooms, and a new elevator installation. Work must be completed within 609 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 am at Stony Brook University's Research & Development Park, Building 17, Conference Room A; only contractors who attend this site visit are eligible to submit bids. The question submission period closes on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM, with all questions submitted through the Jaggaer Q&A Board.

All bid submissions and document access require suppliers to register through the SUNY Customer Portal using the Jaggaer platform. The account creation process requires suppliers to provide their legal company name, DUNS number, contact information, and establish a password, followed by email validation and authentication. Designated procurement contacts are Thomas Ferrari and Jill McCahill. The solicitation is subject to New York State Finance Law sections 139-j and 139-k, which impose restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders to prevent violations of the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act. Suppliers with existing Jaggaer Supplier Network accounts must still create a separate account in the SUNY Customer Portal to access opportunities. Additional SUNY procurement opportunities are available through the New York State Contract Reporter and SUNY Means Business website, with technical support available through Jaggaer Customer Support at 1-800-233-1121.
