If any answer does address a change in the solicitation, it will reference an Amendment. Therefore, it is each offeror’s decision on whether to use or not to use this information. 1. Amend A002, page 3. Kindly confirm column "Estimate Yearly Quantity" is the usage per year. If so, why does it required to multiply by 12 again for the yearly price?

The Estimated Yearly Quantity is usage per year. The firm fixed monthly unit price is included to facilitate invoicing on a monthly basis.

2. Amend A002, page 3. Refer to below table as sample input (highlighted in red). Does monthly unit price refer to tariff price per minute in each category and multiply by yearly quantity to get total yearly price?

For calls within Thailand, the pricing shall be on a per minute basis for the estimated yearly quantities identified. Offerors are advised since this is an IDIQ contract, the estimated yearly quantities could change but the unit and unit price shall remain the same regardless of any changes in the estimated yearly quantities.

3. Amend A002, page 3. 5B GPRS (3GB/SIM/month). Do we need to multiply by 700 users to derive price per month and multiply again by 12 to get yearly price?

Offerors must include the firm fixed monthly price for GPRS and multiply by 12 to obtain the yearly price. The estimated number of users is approximately 700.
