About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IL EPA) for the procurement of stereo microscopes and related accessories. The IL EPA is seeking to purchase three sets of SZX7 stereo zoom body, LED illumination stands, reversible stage plates, achromat objectives, trinocular observation tubes, 10X eyepieces, power cords, LED light sources, and adapters. The items are required for water monitoring purposes. Quotes are due by May 30th at 5:00 PM CST. The winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid for all products and services, and will be required to provide a minimum 1-year warranty on the equipment.
The RFQ outlines specific pricing and delivery terms, including that all quoted prices must be valid for 30 days, include shipping and handling, and no price increases will be accepted. The contract is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds, and the IL EPA reserves the right to reject any or all offers, award by item or in total, and waive minor defects. The vendor may be required to partially ship equipment in case of a delay on the total order.
