For direct shipments to locations other than the Lansing dock, a signed packing slip must be submitted to Andrew Hale via email (halea3@michigan.gov) or fax (517-636-7732) with advance notification of shipment and expected arrival time. Invoices must be submitted to DTMB-PrintingServices@michigan.gov and entered into the VSS system, with all electronic copies provided in source software format and PDF, becoming property of the State upon delivery.
