About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) form filed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for maintenance and technical support services for the Florida Regional Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) system. The procurement seeks to maintain and provide technical support for the LInX system, which integrates data from multiple sources including Records Management Systems (RMS), Jail Management Systems (JMS), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), pawn systems, and registries to facilitate law enforcement data sharing across the region. The contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a last day for receipt of vendor information on September 3, 2026. The FDLE originally acquired the LInX system through a competitive ITN from Northrop Grumman in 2015, and Peraton, Inc. has maintained uninterrupted service since acquiring Northrop Grumman's Federal IT and mission support services division on February 1, 2021.
The estimated dollar amount for this single source procurement is $335,000. Peraton, Inc., located at 12975 Worldgate Drive, Suite 700, Herndon, Virginia 20170-6008, is identified as the sole intended source. The justification for single source acquisition centers on Peraton being the only entity authorized under federal contract N00189-22-D-Z036 to perform maintenance and support on the LInX system, as the proprietary software and systems administration tasks are exclusively managed by Peraton to ensure compliance, security, and operational continuity. The procurement was posted on August 13, 2026, and will remain posted for at least 15 business days in accordance with Florida Statutes sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3). Inquiries should be directed to Savanna Redding at the FDLE at 850-410-7300 or FDLEOGSContracts@fdle.state.fl.us.
