The bid is numbered SRC0000030874, was issued on 05/13/25, and has a closing date of 5/21/25, with bids to be submitted online through the OhioBuys platform. The total quantity of decals is 277,000, with strict specifications for size, material, adhesive properties, printing, numbering, and packaging.

The decals will be printed in PMS 301C Blue and White, with black ink on the reverse side, and must be numbered consecutively. The ITB includes detailed packaging requirements, with decals to be banded in groups of 25 and boxed in a specific manner. Delivery is requested by August 22, 2025, with potential penalties for late delivery. The bid also includes an Attachment B requiring contractors to affirm compliance with Executive Order 2022-02D regarding prohibitions on offshore services and purchasing from Russian institutions, demonstrating the state's geopolitical considerations in procurement.
