RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS

SPRWA1-18-R-0047

KTR QUESTION:

“We are preparing our quote for the subject solicitation, and just noticed T.O.12R2-2A1C25-2 is not included in the Technical Data Package. Can you please email me copy?

GOVERNMENT ANSWER:

The Government Engineer does not believe that T.O. 12R2-2AIC25-2 is necessary for the subject Build requirement. The First Article Testing (FAT) will be conducted by the government. If however, the prospective offeror feels compelled to obtain this data, please see the statement below:

" All contractors NOT on a current contract should come through the Public Sales office to purchase Technical Data. These requests must be accompanied by a DD Form 2345 (this gives proof they are a Government Contractor). They can submit a request to us directly through our email address robinspublicsales@us.af.mil.

Once our office receives a request for a Tech Order we do a search to locate the correct ES and send the necessary information to them for their approval/disapproval on the sell of the data to that particular contractor. Once that is received we notify the contractor of the cost to purchase the data."

THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT DEEM OBTAINING THIS TECH ORDER NECESSARY FOR THE SUBJECT BUILD THEREFORE, AN EXTENSION TO THE CURRENT PROPOSAL DUE DATE WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

File details come from the government source that posted it.
