About this file
This is a certification document from Boeing regarding the use of technical data for replenishment spare parts for E-3, E-8, and/or -135 series aircraft through the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC). The certification outlines strict requirements for suppliers/bidders/offerors handling Boeing's proprietary technical data, including: data cannot be reproduced except as needed for contract performance, cannot be incorporated into other documentation, can only be shared with employees on a need-to-know basis, and must be destroyed or returned upon contract completion or unsuccessful bid.
The document specifies that Boeing retains third-party beneficiary rights, and all disputes fall under Washington state jurisdiction in King County courts. Suppliers must execute new certifications annually after August 31, 2013. The government retains rights to review supplier facilities and records with 15 days notice to verify compliance. Non-compliance can result in removal from qualified bidders lists and potential legal action from both Boeing and the government. The certification requires company details, signature, date and typed name of the authorized representative.
