About this file
This Special Provisions document outlines requirements for plumbing and fire sprinkler services to be provided to the State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services - Central Services Division (CSD) on a task-order as-needed basis. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver comprehensive plumbing services across various locations. The contract structure operates on an as-needed task order system, allowing flexibility in service delivery and scheduling based on the state's operational requirements. No specific project duration, renewal options, site visit requirements, or bidder conference details are specified within the special provisions document provided.
The document does not contain explicit pricing terms, set-aside provisions, incumbent contractor information, or detailed funding sources and amounts within the special provisions section reviewed. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to determine specific pricing mechanisms, whether small business or other set-asides apply, current service provider information, and the total contract value and funding authorization details for this service agreement.
