About this file
This specification details the requirements for purchasing WMSL Boat Handling Parts for the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center. The procurement includes 15 different NSN-cataloged components such as washers, springs, seals, pins, motors, connecting rods, brake band assemblies, and actuators, with specific part numbers and quantities for each item. The specification mandates that all parts must be new, manufactured according to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and meet rigorous quality assurance standards including ISO 9001:2015 certification, calibration requirements, and comprehensive testing protocols.
The document outlines detailed requirements for preservation, packaging, and marking of the parts, stipulating that each component must be individually packaged in a reusable container with specific labeling guidelines per MIL-STD-129R and MIL-STD-2073-1E standards. Shipping will be FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, Maryland, with delivery expected between 8am and 3pm Monday through Friday. Contractors must provide material certifications, testing reports, and a standard commercial warranty, and each part must be stamped with a serial number for identification. Invoicing will be processed through the IPP (Integrated Procurement Portal) system.
