A1. NSN 9140-015461786 FUEL OIL BURNER #2, LS (FL2) will not be changed. FL2 is currently being delivered under this NSN. Our QAPs clause C16.69-17 (see solicitation) recognizes that a spec may change before we are able to update the information within the clause.

We have language stating the vendor should follow local regulations if this should happen. The clause specifies a maximum of 500 ppm sulfur which may still be applicable to some areas. So, if providing heating oil with a sulfur content of 10 ppm, you’re within your local and our QAP clause requirements.
