Please see the following list of questions and answers:

1. Delivery Window - Please provide delivery window detail by location In the solicitation Page 87, section VI. Ordering and Deliveries & Performance, Section 9.

Delivery Destinations and Instructions, Paragraph A. states: "Deliveries shall be scheduled according to the customer's timetable as listed below". Following this, there is a list of Delivery Points in Paragraph G, however, there is no listing of timetables for each location. Please provide us with the delivery windows for each delivery point so that we can assess how feasible to meet the required delivery windows.

ANSWER: Page 79 of the solicitation states, "Installation delivery routes and stop-off sequence will be coordinated and verified with the installations on a post award basis by the awardee(s)."

2. Can you please give us a typical delivery size (in cases) for both land customer and ship customers? This is necessary to determine the amount of labor required to make a delivery.

ANSWER: DLA Troop Support cannot provided a "typical delivery size (in cases)." Page 38 of the solicitation indicates quantities shown are overall and are not broken down by customer.

3. Will we be able to set the delivery schedule to the land customers so as to optimize the delivery function?

ANSWER: Page 79 of the solicitation indicates delivery routes and stop-off sequences will be coordinated and verified with the installations on a post award basis by the awardee.

4. For deliveries to Land Customers, will these be Dock level deliveries, or ground level? Are we required to place the items in the temperature zones in the store rooms, or just deliver to the facilities?

ANSWER: Please reference page 78 of the solicitation. "Deliveries shall be F.O.B.

destination to all ordering activities and delivery points. All items will be delivered to customer locations, free of damage, with all packaging and packing intact." Delivery requirements may vary at each delivery point.

SPE300-14-R-0027 Amendment 0013 3 of 3

5. For the two land delivery points outside of Oahu, location N0534A PMRF Barking Sands, Kauai, and location MEF310 Marine Expeditionary Force, Hilo, can you give us a frequency of delivery and an estimated case volume for each of these two delivery points?

ANSWER: Please reference page 38 of the solicitation which indicates that quantities shown are overall and are not broken down by customer.

6. For Ship deliveries, when we make the delivery, what will we be offloading on to?

Does the delivery include downstacking each pallet onto a cargo net, or is it just delivering the pallet quantities?

ANSWER: Deliveries will be coordinated with the customer as indicated on page 82 of the solicitation. For ship customers, the Prime Vendor will be responsible for delivery to a pier location that will be designated on the delivery order.

7. Please provide clarification regarding the frequency of the requirement of providing fork lifts and pallet jacks to the government during the delivery process

ANSWER: Please refer to page 82 of the solicitation. Fork lifts and pallet jacks must be made available at no cost to the Government, when required.

8. Please describe what is entailed by making delivery to the "brow of the ship". Is this on the ship, or is this dockside next to the ship?

ANSWER: Delivery is required to the brow of the ship. The brow of a ship is the gangway, or plank that people use to board and disembark the ship.

9. For the value of the estimated two year average dollars in this solicitation on Page 41-

42 Section II. Estimated Value /Guaranteed Minimum/Maximum Value, is this the value of the aggregate Delivered Prices only, or the total contract (including distribution fees)? Please clarify.
