Questions for SP7000-17-R-1008-Round 2 Question #1

The Contracting office responded to Q9 as follows.

“Government Response: This IDIQ is only for non-Navy (Army, Air Force, DLA, etc.).”

However, the provision 11.4 of PWS shows that ONENET is selected.

ONENET is the Navy network for OCONUS bases/sites.

If this solicitation is only for non-Navy, we understand that the testing for ONENET is not required. Is this understanding correct?

If so, the PWS should be amended (uncheck ONENET).

The testing procedure for ONENET is completely different from other departments/organizations, and it affects the pricing for us.

Government Response: Testing for Navy One-Net to include NMCI is not required and the PWS has been updated to reflect this change.
