Q&A SP470321Q0018 MHE SERVICES AT TINKER AFB
1. Q: Clarification on if replacing batteries should be included in the monthly price or if notification that the batteries need replacing triggers a remedial maintenance expense.
A: The price of the replacing the batteries is considered a remedial expense after receiving approval to replace the battery. Monthly maintenance should include checking the batteries in accordance with the SOW.
2. Q: Will all units that require maintenance be brought to one staging area (based on the maintenance schedule) so that the contractor does not have to hunt down the equipment on the maintenance days?
A: The awarded contractor will be responsible for developing a maintenance schedule with the site manager/representative. Notification to the site manager/representative prior to the inspection will allow the required items to be located and available for service. Travel/location charges will not be included as an additional CLIN.
3. Q: The price breakdown spreadsheet is not calculating the semi-annual prices correctly. Shall we modify the unit price to reflect this.
A: The price breakdown spreadsheet has been updated to reflect that some quantities are semiannual. Please use the updated pricing spreadsheet when submitting quotes.
