Red Plan

In the event of a spill of POL and/or HS this Red Plan serves as an immediate action tool to initiate the correct response at the earliest possible time. The Spill Prevention and Response Plan

(SPRP) reinforces this Red Plan and provides in-depth information on spill prevention, response, notification and cleanup procedures. The Red Plan is to be used in the early stages of a spill and the user is expected to transition to the

SPRP after appropriate notifications and response actions are underway.
