About this file

Amendment 0001 modifies Solicitation SP3300-25-R-0004 for Unitized Group Rations Supplies issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Distribution. The amendment updates multiple contract details, including changes to NAICS code (from 325520 to 322211), size standard (from 550 to 1,250 employees), and Product Service Code (from 8040 to 8115). Key modifications include adding a new Sample Units section requiring contractors to deliver sample units within 15 calendar days for testing, updating referenced documents, and adding/deleting specific federal acquisition regulation clauses.

The solicitation seeks corrugated fiberboard boxes, liners, pads, bags, and heater container modules in support of the Unitized Group Rations mission at DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment provision and requires contractors to provide sample units for government testing. If sample units are not acceptable, the government reserves the right to terminate the contract award, issue an award to the next lowest offeror, or resolicit the requirement.
