About this file

Summary

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the extension of the Integrated Water Data Systems (IWDS) 2.0 project, effective from June 25, 2026. The document involves the Department of Energy (DOE) as the contracting agency and includes participation from multiple state and local jurisdictions as part of a collaborative water data initiative. The SOW establishes the framework for continued technical support and system maintenance under an existing contract extension.

The SOW outlines the delivery of software development, system integration, and technical support services for the IWDS 2.0 platform, which consolidates water data from multiple sources across participating states and agencies. The contract covers software updates, bug fixes, user support, system administration, and data management capabilities for the extended performance period. Specific pricing terms, option periods, renewal provisions, and funding amounts should be referenced in the accompanying contract award documentation, as the SOW primarily establishes the scope of technical deliverables and performance standards required during the extension period through June 25, 2026.
