This is a Scope of Work (SOW) document for a sidewalk replacement project on an Independent School District (ISD) campus. The document outlines the specifications and requirements for contractors bidding on or executing this infrastructure improvement project identified as B 52124. The SOW establishes the technical and administrative framework governing the replacement of existing sidewalks across the designated campus areas, detailing the expectations for project completion, materials, labor, and quality standards.

The project encompasses the removal and replacement of deteriorated sidewalk surfaces with new concrete or asphalt installations meeting applicable building codes and safety standards. The SOW specifies construction methodologies, surface preparation requirements, drainage considerations, and accessibility compliance measures. Pricing for the project is determined through competitive bidding processes typical of public school district contracts, with payment structured upon completion of work phases and inspection approval. As a public school district procurement, the contract may be subject to prevailing wage requirements, small business set-asides, or local hiring provisions depending on applicable state and local regulations. Specific dollar amounts, funding sources, and option periods for the project would be detailed in the associated contract award documents and purchasing agreements.
