About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for Invitation for Bid (IFB) #07815 for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Parts and Supplies issued by the Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES). The amendment responds to questions from the pre-bid conference, including clarifying that all required documents are available in the appendices and addressing the requirement to list manufacturer price list web addresses. The contract is a statewide master contract for HVAC parts and supplies, and is a rebid of a previous contract #09109. The contract will be open to various state and local government jurisdictions within Washington, including counties, cities, and other specified locations. The bid response was originally due on March 10th, but this amendment does not change the due date.
Regarding pricing, the amendment notes that bidders are encouraged to submit their most competitive pricing, as pricing will be evaluated for market competitiveness and may be a factor in the contract award. DES reserves the right to check bidders' published price lists at any time for audit and contract management purposes.

A All the documents are in the Appendices at the end. I just tried and they opened fine for me.
Please give them another try.
Q Greetings, We received an email about bid 07815 and was ask to reply by March 10 th by email.
We would like to start participating in the IFB but some things are unclear. Is this a specific bid for a job or just initial qualification? Should we respond by email and if so with what information?
A This is an Invitation for Bid. Specifically for HVAC parts and Supplies.
Q I was reviewing the discount worksheet and noticed there is a requirement to list the web address for the manufactures price list. There are several manufactures that don’t post price lists on their website, can we post this on our website or is there any other alternative?
A As a follow up, an amendment has been posted to address this. A change has been made to appendix B. This has the vendor posting their web site or pdf with list prices. Please let me know if you have further questions.
