| Answer: One day training for up to 40 individuals. This training aids in discovering temperaments, personalities and human behavior resulting in conflict resolution, empathy and staff development . The training offers insights into effective management and leadership. |
| Answer2: Bianca Kidd, on the Executive Staff, chose National Curriculum & Training Institute (NCTI), because of their national reputation. This vendor has done business with other State agencies. We needed this training for specific human behavior methods under a Criminal Justice context. Real Colors was utilized as a professional development resource to support the leadership development and communication objectives of ICJIA's Executive and Management Leadership Retreat. The Real Colors program provides a structured, interactive approach to leadership and organizational development using a proprietary personality and temperament assessment. The program is designed to help participants better understand individual communication styles, behavioral preferences, motivations, strengths, and differences in how individuals process and respond to information. These competencies directly supported the retreat's focus on improving leadership communication. Through facilitated individual and group activities, participants were provided an opportunity to increase self-awareness, recognize the strengths and perspectives of colleagues, strengthen interpersonal communication, and develop strategies for communicating and working more effectively across differing leadership and personality styles.Based on the program's specialized methodology, certified facilitation model, interactive learning approach, and direct application to leadership communication, Real Colors provided services that were consistent with the professional development objectives established for the ICJIA Executive and Management Leadership Retreat. |
