CITED
Our goal is to maintain the strong performance achieved last year by continuing to use DYSON Purifier units across multiple properties. We also aim to ensure consistent furniture standards by selecting a single brand with models that have identical specifications. By choosing one brand that offers a competitive price and proven performance, we reduce expenses and eliminate the complexities of managing multiple models.
Standardizing on one model also allows us to streamline operations and simplify maintenance. With a single filter model, inventory management becomes more efficient, minimizing the uncertainty around spare parts and stock levels. This helps us optimize our limited warehouse space and makes filter replacements faster and more cost-effective for technicians. Additionally, this ensures that we are in line with 6 FAH-5 H-511 (d), ensuring fair and equal treatment of employees of all agencies and making it easier and less costly to maintain and manage the inventory.
By selecting a single brand and model, we improve performance, reduce operational complexity, and most importantly, keep costs under control.
