About this file

This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Checklist document for a pressure washing services micro purchase opportunity issued by the City of Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines the procedural requirements and compliance standards that sellers must follow when responding to and executing this requirements-based contract. The document establishes the operational framework for service delivery, including mandatory pre-award notifications, service commencement protocols, and ongoing performance expectations. Sellers are required to quote all line items to be eligible for award consideration. The City reserves the right to award the contract in its entirety or by individual line items, depending on which approach best serves the City's interests. No services are to be delivered or commenced until official notification is received from the designated department.

The SOP checklist establishes specific performance benchmarks, documentation requirements, and procedural guidelines that the selected vendor must adhere to throughout the contract period. The document specifies compliance checkpoints and operational standards to ensure service quality and contractual compliance. As a micro purchase under a requirements contract structure, pricing and award determination will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting all specified criteria. The checklist serves as the operational roadmap for both the City and the selected vendor to ensure consistent execution and accountability throughout the contract term.
