About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for a micro purchase contract opportunity issued by the City of Pennsylvania for Canva Business Licenses. The checklist outlines the requirements and procedures that sellers must follow to participate in this procurement. Bidders are required to quote all items in order to be eligible for award, and the contract will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the City. Sellers must not deliver or provide services until officially notified by the purchasing department. The document serves as a pre-award verification tool to ensure that potential vendors meet all necessary compliance and administrative requirements prior to contract execution.

The checklist establishes the procedural framework for the lowest responsive and responsible bidder selection process. This micro purchase procurement is open to qualified sellers meeting the City's criteria for business licenses and vendor eligibility. Key requirements for sellers include verification of business registration, compliance certifications, and completion of all required documentation as outlined in the checklist. Sellers should review all items thoroughly to ensure full compliance and submission of complete information to remain eligible for consideration and award.
