About this file
This test and balance report summarizes the results of testing and balancing four HVAC units at the Chemawa Indian Health Center Dental Area in Salem, Oregon. Key details include: testing and balancing was performed per NEBB standards and procedures on RTU-3 and RTU-4 to proportion outlets and inlets to within 10% of design airflow, with actual total supply airflow of 1145 CFM and 1450 CFM respectively; unit data, fan motor details, sheave configurations, and test pressures are provided for each unit; outlet and inlet summaries with design versus actual airflows are given. Deficiencies are noted but not the responsibility of the TAB firm to repair.

TEST & BALANCE REPORT SUMMARY
This project has been balanced per plans and specifications using the National Environmental Balancing
Bureau (NEBB) standards and procedures.
The fans were checked for data, operating amperage, voltage, rotation, and static pressure. All outlets and inlets were proportioned to +/- 10% of the actual total flow unless otherwise noted.
These units are constant volume. The economizer dampers actuate based on a 2-10 volt DC signal.
RTU-3 is set at 2.0 volts,. RTU-4 is set at 2.80 volts.
